Your expertise will guide the development of game mechanics, storylines, and player progression, ensuring every game is an adventure that players can't put down.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the conceptualization and design of innovative MR games, from initial concept to final implementation.

• Craft compelling game mechanics, narratives, and characters that align with our mission of fun, accessible gaming experiences.

• Collaborate with artists, developers, and other designers to ensure a cohesive and engaging player experience.

• Analyze player feedback and gameplay data to refine game features and balance.

• Mentor junior designers, fostering a collaborative, creative environment.

• Stay ahead of industry trends in MR and gaming, integrating new ideas and technologies to keep our games on the cutting edge.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of game design experience, with a strong portfolio that includes shipped titles

• Deep understanding of game design principles, including game mechanics, storytelling, and user experience.

• Proficiency in game design tools and software, such as Unity

• Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities.

• Passion for gaming and a commitment to creating innovative and engaging experiences.
